All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Project Initiation

All projects begin only after:

• Signed Service Agreement
• Approved SOW
• Full payment confirmation

4. Payments

• All payments are in USD
• Full payment is required before project commencement
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary information, content, and approvals required for project completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates terms or fails to comply with agreements.
